CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled; make sure you check all the details before placing your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Once the order is placed we shall notify you via email.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

All orders once shipped cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty in which case we will accept exchange only. For proof we will need an unboxing video, if the product is already opened and used it is not eligible for exchange or return.
